Minimum Requirements
5 GCSE (or equivalent) Grades
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
Two years previous work experience
Two references

A confident and outgoing individual
Able to work independently with minimal supervision but also be part of a team
The Role
Enquiries - Process all requests for quotations from in market clients working to ensure that KPI’s are achieved and quotes are returned to enable orders to be raised against them.
Check enquiries and data as requests come in from clients
Enter information on to Need2
Send RFQs out to suppliers
Raise TQ where necessary with in market purchasing/engineers
Build quotes and return to client in required format
General office duties
Sales - Place orders and manage suppliers ensuring that strategic suppliers comply with their service level agreements and achieve the required KPI's
Check orders as they are placed to ensure they comply against the quotation
Place order with relevant supplier
Send acknowledgement to customer confirming ex works date
Monitor suppliers ex works deliveries
Keep markets informed of any change to status
